We want you to be fully satisfied with your Illenium Official Store gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn apparel. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for tracking purposes.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
